This product falls under the Made-to-Order (MTO) category, which means that the product is manufactured after the order is placed. In addition to the selection of wood, our customers can choose from a wide range of fabric colors.

Crafting Individual Furniture Pieces

Wood seasoned with optimum dryness is sawn, planed and shaped according to the furniture to be manufactured. Every step in the process of sawing, joining, sanding and adjusting takes time and effort, and we ensure that each piece is precisely cut to design. All cut pieces need to be carefully examined before assembly to make sure the grain matches everywhere.

Finishing and Polishing

Sanding prepares the finished product to be varnished and polished. Three coats of polish are performed 8 hours apart to achieve the necessary tone and finish. This step ensures that the polish will last for years without any tint.

Crafted pieces are packed, carefully placed on a truck and transported to your home by our shipping team who specialize in handcrafted furniture delivery.

We deliver a Made-to-Order product to your home between 10 and 14 days from the date the order is placed.

Warranty Terms
While we are confident that our range of forest wood products will last a lifetime, we offer a 5 year warranty on the wood frame. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing/workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The guarantee applies to furniture used under normal domestic conditions.

This limited warranty does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear
Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
Products that have been improperly stored, assembled or installed, used improperly, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (for example, upholstered furniture will lighten over time if exposed to direct sunlight)
No warranty on upholstery / coverings / cushion covers
