Warranty Terms
While we are confident that our range of engineered wood products will last a long time, we offer a 12 months warranty on the wood frame. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing/workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The guarantee applies to furniture used under normal domestic conditions.
This limited warranty does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear
Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
Products that have been improperly stored, assembled or installed, used improperly, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
